spore release date

Will Wright and EA have finally told the world the release date for their next big hit, Spore. Will Wright is the creator of million dollar successes, Sim City and The Sims.

I've posted about Spore before, but if you haven't heard of Spore, here's a quick refresher:

You move across various stages inside the game, starting off as a microscopic creature in a tide pool. Eventually you evolve and you can begin to create your creature with the vast tools available. Soon your creation will grow a tribe of fellow creatures and eventually grow to become a civilization. Afterwards, the move to the final frontier, space. Each of these stages have their own gameplay types, and so the game constantly changes as you play.
